Love this local ice cream shop! They make their own ice cream with local ingredients. We got the Purple mountain Majesty and fresh strawberry one scoop ice creams. Perfect for a hot Colorado day. They also have outdoor and indoor seating options.

Delicious ice cream! Big patio for the doggos. Amazing pup cups too. The girl working today was super friendly and working super hard. She was the only one there. Thank you for the great service. J&J is always a favorite place to stop when we’re in The area.

Josh and John’s is the best ice cream place in the whole wide world. We drive an hour from Denver for the seasonal flavors. Today, we came down for the DELICIOUS winter flavors (which we pre-ordered) and I mentioned I was gluten free to the women at the counter and they help steer me away from any non-GF flavors (which there are so many) for my scoop of the day. I had accidentally preordered a flavor that was mislabeled and actually contained gluten :( and they kindly let me swap it for a GF flavor. Seriously, worth the drive, flight, bus trip, regardless of where you are from.

The Moose on the Loose ice cream was definitely delicious with nice, real chunks of brownies and crunchy caramel cups. The texture of the ice cream was seemingly good quality with a slight stretchiness while being nicely creamy, smooth, and soft. The service was top notch too, with the singular employee being patient and understanding while my friends and I sampled multiple flavors, and I was indecisive with the final decision. Such excellent and gracious service is greatly appreciated. Whoever the blonde, male worker was, thank you dude 😪🙏. Certainly a must visit ice cream spot in Colorado Springs, and I hope to visit again my next trip, especially to sample the other flavors 😏.

I like that they have small waffle bowl sizes. The chocolate moose with caramel was good. Malted Mazel Toff was also delicious. I was not in love with the Taro ice cream but I appreciated the offering.

Everything is good here, but Purple Mountain Majesty is truly unique and my all-time favorite. The Josh & John’s staff is incredibly friendly and the patio is an inviting place to enjoy dessert. Love this place!

Very cool shop! Great vibe very helpful staff and very busy for a good reason. The ice cream was rich, thick and creamy! And the house made root beer is so flavorful and good! Drove by one night line with 20+ people. Even going at 5 was still packed with the line out the door. So make sure you got a few minutes. Seating is a limited but nice area so sit by the road and enjoy the view! Great job glad I stopped while I was in town

My only complaint is there isn't a Josh & Johns in every City! It is hands down the best ice cream and the staff always provides the best customer service. It is a weekly pleasure for my family and given their wide selection that includes diet restrictions options, it is a place we all can enjoy. I highly recommend!
