Malted Mazel Toff

John decided to make a special wedding ice cream flavor for his beloved Lindsay. Their 2011 wedding was at their downtown ice cream shop on Pikes Peak Ave, under a neon ice cream cone sign. The shop stayed open during the ceremony, so guests and customers alike could enjoy the Malted Mazel Toff ice cream, served in Champagne flutes. John broke a glass inside one of their waffle cones, leading to a chorus of "Mazel Tov!" from those present. The flavor itself is a malted vanilla base with chocolate chips and toffee pieces.
